CITROËN WARRANTIES

Despite the great professionalism brought to the manufacture of your car, some defects may appear over time!

To preserve your car and allow you to move around with peace of mind, we go beyond the legal warranty and replace defective parts with quality parts equivalent to original equipment.

WARRANTY CONTENT

• Free repair or exchange of defective parts

• Coverage of breakdown or towing costs in the event of a breakdown covered by warranty

Total or partial repair of the paint or varnish to treat the defect Repair or exchange of defective elements, on which appears this perforation due to corrosion
TIME/KM

• 2 years or 40,000 km (whichever is earlier) from the date of delivery

• No mileage limit

2 years or 40,000 km (whichever is earlier) (passenger car and commercial vehicle)

• 12 years (passenger car)

• 5 years (utility vehicle)

They are listed in the maintenance and warranty booklet that was given to you when you purchased your vehicle.

HOW DOES THE WARRANTY WORK?

Breakdown, paint defect, perforation of the bodywork from the inside out... Whatever the incident, have the right reflexes! Go immediately to a Citroën workshop, with your maintenance and warranty booklet.

Only diagnosis by an approved Citroën repairer will reveal whether the fault found can be covered under the Citroën commercial warranty.


WHAT HAPPENS IF YOUR CAR IS IMMOBILIZED DUE TO A BREAKDOWN COVERED BY WARRANTY?

• Call Citroën Assistance without delay!

Because we know your car, we will be in the best position to deal with the problem as soon as possible.

• In this context, on-site repair or towing costs are covered to the nearest Citroën workshop (100 km maximum).

• If the intervention time on your car exceeds two hours, your Service Sales Advisor will offer you a mobility solution to allow you to resume your activity.


You chose not to take out an extended warranty when purchasing your vehicle. Is it too late to do so now?

No, don't worry! You can take out a warranty extension up to the last day of the contractual warranty. All you have to do is contact your point of sale.

YOU SELL YOUR CAR. DOES THE WARRANTY END?

It is transferable, and will apply under the same conditions to the new purchaser, for the remaining duration of the contract.
